Senior Maintenance Engineer

To lead and supervise all maintenance activities of production lines, machinery, and utilities to ensure maximum equipment reliability, minimum downtime, and continuous improvement in performance — particularly for sandwich panel production lines, roll forming machines, cutting units, and PU/PIR foaming systems.
Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in the plant.

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and production delays.

Ensure that all maintenance tasks are executed according to safety, quality, and performance standards.

Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules (PM plans) and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Monitor equipment performance and suggest modifications or upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead a team of technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.

Ensure proper spare parts inventory management and coordinate procurement with the supply chain department.

Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze recurring issues and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans.

Supervise installation and commissioning of new machines or production lines.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Prepare periodic maintenance performance reports and KPIs for management review.
